Education and Certification
I obtained my B.A. in Psychology from Beloit College in 2005 and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2010. I spent over seven years in the field as a mental health professional. My current work in personal and interpersonal development has been informed by my experience providing social work services to individuals and groups in crisis. My Social Work background informs my Coaching work. I am not a licensed therapist; if you are in need of mental health services I will provide referrals.
Anyone can call themselves a Life Coach. I completed my training in 2018 through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). I am listed in the One Idea Away Coaching Directory.

~Let’s get personal~
In this life I have survived cancer, lost a parent to cancer, gotten divorced, and changed careers. I have learned that negative life events can provide perspective, challenge, and a drive to live life to its fullest. I am passionate about helping others along the bumpy road. I provide an empathetic, supportive healing space for individual and couple’s coaching. I also offer family coaching and group coaching sessions. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you!
