I am offering group coaching for kids during this time of uncertainty and social isolation. This series will begin in April. The start date and time will be determined by registered group members. The group will meet online on Mondays via Zoom for 45 minute sessions. Children aged 8 to 13 can participate on a smartphone or computer that has a webcam.
This group will focus on the big emotions brought up by the Coronavirus pandemic. Each session will include an exercise in visualization. We will discuss feelings, coping skills, relaxation techniques and routine. Group members will share their feelings and normalize each other’s experience. Proper hand washing and keeping a great big ‘hula hoop’ distance around yourself will be reviewed.
The cost for the 10 session series is $65, which breaks down to $6.50 per session. (The Virail 15% off Discount does not apply to groups.) Missed sessions will not be refunded. If you know that you will be unable to attend all 10 sessions, please coordinate with me in advance to work out an adjusted price. The group size is limited from 3 to 5 participants. Additional Groups will be added as needed.
