I am offering group coaching for teens during this time of uncertainty and social isolation. This series will begin in April. The start date and time will be determined by registered group members. The group will meet online on Thursdays via Zoom for 60 minute sessions. Teens and young adults aged 14 to 22 can participate on a smartphone or computer that has a webcam.
This group will focus on the life changes and emotions brought up by the Coronavirus pandemic. Each session will include an exercise in visualization or guided meditation. We will discuss coping skills, ways to cope with frustration, and concerns about the future. Group members will share their challenges and brainstorm ways to address them.
The cost for the 10 session series is $75, which breaks down to $7.50 per session. (The Virail 15% off Discount does not apply to groups.) Missed sessions will not be refunded. If you know that you will be unable to attend all 10 sessions, please coordinate with me in advance to work out an adjusted price. The group size is limited from 3 to 6 participants. Additional Groups will be added as needed.
